PrplxtyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the six months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the PrplxtyAI service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
